Terms & Conditions – Jaisalmer Trip and Jeep Safari

By using our website and booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Cancellations by Customers

• 7 days or more before the trip → Full refund.
• 3–6 days before the trip → 50% refund.
• Less than 3 days before the trip → No refund.

No-Show Policy

• If you fail to show up for your booked safari/tour, no refund will be issued.

Cancellations by Us

• In case of unavoidable situations (extreme weather, government restrictions, safety concerns), we may cancel the booking.
• Customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
